Using PickYo
By using PickYo, you agree to use the site lawfully and in a way that does not damage, disable or interfere with the site or other visitors. You may read and link to public pages for personal, non-commercial travel planning.
Editorial information
PickYo publishes general travel information, not personalised professional advice. Conditions, schedules, prices and official requirements can change. You remain responsible for checking time-sensitive information with the relevant authorities or service providers and for making your own travel decisions. Our Disclaimer forms part of these terms.
Intellectual property
Unless a page states otherwise, PickYo’s original text, branding, page design, photographs, illustrations and audio are protected by applicable intellectual-property rules. You may quote a short passage with clear attribution and a working link to the original page. Republishing, scraping, selling, systematically reproducing or redistributing substantial content requires prior written permission.
Audio players are provided for listening on the site. Hiding a download control is a usability choice and cannot guarantee that an audio file is technically impossible to retrieve. You may not redistribute or commercially reuse PickYo audio without permission.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, overload the site, bypass technical controls, harvest personal data or use automated systems in a way that materially disrupts the service. Ordinary search-engine indexing and accessibility tools are not prohibited by this clause.
External links
Links to authorities, transport operators, attractions and other websites are provided for reference. External services have their own terms and privacy practices, and PickYo is not responsible for their content, security or continued availability.
Availability and changes
We may correct, update, reorganise or remove content and may temporarily restrict access for maintenance or security. We do not promise uninterrupted availability. Material changes to these terms will be identified by a revised update date.
Questions
Questions about these terms can be submitted through the Contact PickYo page.
